Description
Roland® Whole Baby Clams are packed and imported from the far east. They are small and measure approximately 12 mm long x 8 mm wide x 4 mm thick and are brown/ivory in color.
PREPARATION AND COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Roland® Whole Baby Clams should be lightly rinsed before using. The clams are precooked, and without shells. They are easily "chopped down" to create diced or minced clams. As a precooked and soft product, they should be reheated briefly over moderate heat.
