Perfectly seasoned Vigo Italian Style Bread Crumbs are made in-house at our facility. Bread crumbs are toasted and mixed with our proprieatary spice blend. We then add a special ingredient, Imported Pecorino Romano Cheese, which adds unparalleled flavor and authenticity. Vigo Italian Style Bread Crumbs are versatile and may be used in many ways: as a breading for chicken, beef or pork cutlets, seafood or croquettes, as a stuffing, in meatloaves and meatballs, and in au gratins and casseroles.
