Vietnamese dipping sauce (Nuoc Cham) graces the tables at almost all Vietnamese meals. There are many variations of this wonderful sauce, with each household having its own recipe. Our version is gluten-free, and focuses on the flavors of our proprietary fresh chilies. Sweet, garlic-y, and oh so addicting!
We use this sauce on anything from spring rolls, to dumplings, to quick-fried tofu, to scrambled eggs. It is surprisingly great as a grill sauce for fish and shrimp, using it at the end of cooking.
